Who should contact OffMarketX?

Commercial property owners and the people authorized to act for them: general partners, asset managers, trustees, receivers and counsel. If you control or represent a decision about a commercial property, the conversation is worth having. Buyers and investors use the investor inquiries link in the footer.

Does an inquiry become public?

No. An inquiry is held privately, is never published, and does not by itself trigger any counterparty outreach. We discuss any proposed introduction with you first, including what can be shared and with whom.

Why did I receive outreach from OffMarketX?

Our research reads public records: recorded instruments, loan and servicing reports, court filings and securities disclosures. A documented event suggested a decision about the property might be forming. That does not mean the property is distressed or for sale, and a reply is never required.

What happens if the situation does not fit?

We say so. Counterparty introductions depend on fit with the investment or financing criteria we are working against and on your permission. We only propose an introduction where we have a counterparty equipped to provide that solution. If there is no fit, we tell you directly and nothing further happens unless you ask.
